The free shuttle to Petra was a great service - it took me to and from Petra whenever I needed it. The balcony view was exceptional due to the height of the building on a mountain. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The room had a comfortable bed and a functioning heater. The 10JD dinner with upside chicken and rice was a highlight - delicious and traditional. The free breakfast had a nice omelette. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Wonderful varied food, excellent spa with Turkish bath.

Our room was nice, big and comfortable with a beautiful view at Wadi Musa. Swimmingpool-area relaxing because there were just a few clients. Nice family-hotel.

Breakfast-room was a old-fashion but they were renovate different other rooms.

The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist center, making it convenient to explore the nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast served at this hotel included delicious omelettes and offered a nice start to the day.

Al Anbat is a good place to stay if you want to visit Petra. It has great views of Wadi Musa.

Needs to be renovated. The balcony door did not open easily and the pone in the room did not work.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and were very accomodating to my young son. The view at breakfast is spectacular and the choice of breakfast items very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable- the spa looked very inviting and reasonably priced although we were so tired after walking all over Petra we fell asleep. The free swimming pool is not heated which is fine in Summer but apparently heating is being arranged soon for other times of year.

Comfy beds. Nice bar/wi-fi area. Varied breakfast options. Fantastic sunrise/sunset views. All-you-can-eat dinner with plenty of choices.

The dinner was good.varieties of food selection.The hotel service was good.staffs are nice except just for check-in that they tried to sell us 2rooms which we actually book 1room plus extra bed.there is Turkish bath at the hotel, it's good after long walk from Petra.you can relax over there and also have a Shisha and some tea.it was very cold in the room.the heater was broken.

When we checked in for 5person,the receptionist told us that no room available but our booking was confirmed for quadruple room plus 1extra bed from the Booked.net and email that reply directly from the hotel.they tried to book us in 2rooms which we had to pay lots more but after discussion,they said there was room available but if we were 5 in the same room will be very pack! We are friends and want to stay all together in the same room that's why we booked this room and after we saw the room,it was okay! But they tried to sell 2rooms at the beginning!!! But overall the service was good.

Upon check-out the hotel employee tried to charge us three nights instead of two.
